The Programme Delivery Team met in early July to reflect on all activities of the 2018/19 Pre-reg Pharmacist Training Programme and create draft plans for the 2019/20 training year ahead. The team reflected on feedback from trainees regarding study sessions at residential events and outcomes of on-line learner surveys regarding the overall training experiences during the year. The feedback was very positive overall and the team are optimistic that this will be reflected in the outcome of the 2019 GPhC assessment. NHS and UEA School of Pharmacy colleagues joined the afternoon discussions to provide their feedback on proposed plans for 2019/20.
